The Month of Love

Peyton got to join the adults for dinner because we went out to one of his favorite restaurants. I can't believe how much this kid can eat already.
I was in charge of Lexi's class Valentines Day Party. It is always fun to try and entertain 20 Kindergarten kids.
One of Lexi's favorite things to do is make cards for people. So, she loved giving and receiving Valentines.
Restaurants are always so busy on Valentines and with it being a school night we celebrate at home. We have had a tradition the last few years to have Chinese take-out by candle light with the whole family. The kids think it is so fun. Then Lance and I then go out another night to celebrate.

Farewell Michelle

So, I have been way into watching The Bachelor this season because of Michelle. When you know someone on reality TV how can you not watch. Given, the show is goofy and actually very unrealistic it is fun to watch the drama unfold.
Well, yesterday was Michelle's time to say good-bye. I wish it would have come about five weeks earlier because the way she acted and was portrayed was crazy! However, she has done a great job of being noticed and I think that is what she is into right now.
Speaking of real true love- Lexi got to help Chelsey decide on her wedding cake. She is always excited to be involved in anything wedding.
Lexi loves knowing about all the details and plans. It is so fun to have a little girl!

Staying Busy

This time of year seems to slowly roll along. Fortunately sports seem to be our families favorite way to escape the doldrums of the season.
Lance and Peyton headed up to the signing day party at the U. Peyton loves football and everything Utah. I guess the apple does not fall too far from the tree.
Their friend let them into the trophy room and these boys loved basking in the Utah glory.
They were really excited about the recruits and the changes in the program with the new PAC 12.
Lexi has taken to skiing like a fish to water. Lance worked with her the first day and then she was off and loving it!
Peyton begs to go skiing every Saturday. Too bad we have to get some projects done around the house and can't spend every weekend skiing.
Peyton just finished up his Jr. Jazz season.
He just can't get enough when it comes to sports!
