Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!
From our Family to Yours

Rice Family Traditions

Bright and early we all gathered for our annual shopping trip.
The girls were great helpers picking out clothes and toys.
After lunch we made our deliveries.
We had an "Old Fashion Christmas" at This is the Place Park. It was a cold night but the kids didn't mind because there were so many fun activities.
Comet and Cupid even stopped by to say Hi.
Back in the warm cabin we gathered for all the Rice's traditional activities.
Kempton got a few good swings at the Pinata.
And a visit from Santa....

Festival of Trees

The Festival of Trees is such a neat Christmas tradition.
Lexi performed with her dance group for the second year.
Kempton had fun seeing all the trees. He was obsessed with any tree that had trucks, motorcycles or cars.
Lexi was a beautiful dancer!

November

Lexi and her friends love late-overs. They are such a fun group of little girls.
Kempton loves football! We were super excited to see Logan High win the State Championship.
Thanksgiving was great with lots and lots of family. With all of the extended family there, we finally had to make the move to a church.
The boys were quick to find the desserts.
Peyton was excited to be a ball boy with his cousin at the Utah State game.

Football Champs!

Peyton has been so excited to start tackle football. The season started out with the excitement of tryouts and the team draft.
Our team was so fun! The team moms went above and beyond with yard signs, banners, pizza parties, team shirts, and the list goes on.
Lexi and the player's little sisters were great cheerleaders!
Peyton played QB, Running Back and Linebacker.
Peyton had so many great friends on the team.
After a season filled with practices, film study, and many great games the Titans won the Championship!!
Lance had just as much fun as Peyton. He helped to coach with John Frank, who he played with at the U, and his friends Coach Fredrick and Coach Bennion.
Way to go Olympus Titans!

Halloween

Our Halloween was filled with all of our favorite October traditions. The school parade was complete with so many cute costumes.
The moms planned so many fun games and treats for the kid's class parties.
Decorating sugar cookies is always a favorite. Lexi couldn't wait to bite into her cookie creation.
We met up with the Rice cousins to see all the darling witches. Lexi dawned a pink wig just to add a little Halloween flare.
Kempton preferred the spider hat.
Every year the kids find their favorite witch "Witchy Poo."
We had an Olympic Ice Skater, Batman, and a Giraffe at our house.
We had a fun, busy Halloween with a neighborhood soup party, trick or treating and Aunt Lesli's awesome Halloween party to finish up our night of haunts.

Halloween Parties

The Rice family gathered for their annual pumpkin carving contest.
Complete with a bow and curly eyelashes, Lexi knew just how she wanted to decorate her pumpkin.
Peyton was awarded the silliest pumpkin.
Lexi was focused on winning the cutest pumpkin because she had her eye on the prize- a multicolor ribbon wand.
The Poole Party was full of games, food, and caramel apples.

Pumpkin Walk

Fall Fun

We all headed up to Logan for the USU homecoming parade and festivities.
Go Aggies!
Peyton and Lexi all dressed and ready for school picture day.
While Lance was out of town I took the kids to the corn maze. They had been in previous years during the day but wanted to go at night this year.
They had a lot of fun and frights along the way.
Kempton was great and followed along with the big kids.
We made it to the big center tower and then we found the quick way out. Peyton was a great navigator.
